Terms of service
Last updated: Tuesday 13 October 2026
These terms form the agreement between Volare and the business that subscribes to the Volare software (“you”). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.
1. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for the people you invite and for what they do in your account.
2. Free trial and subscription
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where applicable.
Each plan includes a maximum number of active staff. If you go over it, we will ask you to move to the right plan.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Please export any data you want to keep before closing your account.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into Volare. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and data processing terms (UK GDPR Article 28).
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Volare for anything unlawful, try to break or bypass its security, or resell access without our written permission.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep Volare available at all times but may need short maintenance windows. Support is provided by email; Business plans receive priority support.
7. Payroll, tax and employment
Volare calculates gross pay from the hours recorded. You remain responsible for employment status, PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, right-to-work checks and paying your team.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
